PLEASE READ THESE ENTRY AND ELIGIBILITY TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. THESE TERMS AND THE PRIVACY POLICY TOGETHER CONSTITUTE A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND INDIAN BUSINESS AND PROFESSIONAL COUNCIL (IBPC) DUBAI, IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR PARTICIPATION IN IBPC CORPORATE QUIZ 2026 EDITION
IBPC Corporate Quiz (“Event/ Quiz”) is an on-premise team participation event (team of 2) and will be conducted in English.
This Event is open only to all bonafide working professionals across the UAE, aged 21 and above, from all corporates, organizations, public and private sector enterprises/institutions, SMEs, start-ups, or other professionals located in the United Arab Emirates.
Any number of teams from all corporates, organizations, public and private sector enterprises/institutions, SMEs, start-ups, or other professionals can participate in the Quiz.
Team members may be from the same company or from two different companies.
Participation in this event is FREE. Any offer or communication made by any third-party offering a participation fee in cash or kind is fraudulent and should not be entertained. Organizers shall neither be liable nor responsible for any loss suffered by the participants if they act in response to any such fraudulent offer made by any third party.
All registered participants will receive a confirmation message by email once their registration is verified. Organizers reserve the right to accept or reject any application to registration and/or entry to the Event proceedings.
All participants are required to have valid age proof and photo identity proof of the Organization they are representing or an Emirates Identity Card and produce the same on demand.
There will be one Prelim conducted in this edition of the Event. The top 8 scoring participants from Prelim will be invited for the Grand Finale, after due verification on stage
The participants will ensure fair play at the Quiz and shall abide by all the rules of the Quiz and uphold the true spirit of the competition and not indulge in any unfair means, at any stage of the Quiz. The decision of the Organisers and Quizmaster will be FINAL and binding on all issues related to IBPC Corporate Quiz.
Prizes once awarded will be final and there will be no exchange/substitution of the prizes to the winners. All tax liabilities wherever applicable, will be the responsibility of the recipients of the prizes.
Neither the Organisers nor the sponsors, or employees, consultants, agents, third-party service providers of the Organisers may be held liable for any warranty, costs, damage, injury, or any other claims incurred as a result of usage of the prize by the winner once delivered by the Organisers.
The organizers retain the right to make any changes to the event, its format, date, rules, and in any matter related to this Event, at any time before or during the Event without any notice whatsoever.
By entering the Event and/or participating in the Quiz, the attendees permit themselves to be photographed / videographed / recorded by electronic and print mediums for telecast/publication and other display usage of the organizers.
This is to inform all participants and winners that Emirates ID cards, bank details, etc. may be collected from the participants/ winners of the competition, for the purposes of reaching out to them with regards to their participation, winning of the Quiz, and also distribution of prizes as the case may be.
By registering for the Event, you also indicate your acceptance of these terms and your consent to the effect that the organizers can send you communication from time to time regarding the Event or any other initiatives by the organizers or its group entities.
